What I love about this area is that we're so close to Uptown Charlotte and the airport, but at the same time we have quiet suburban streets, picture perfect historic downtowns and extraordinary recreational spaces like Lake Wylie, the Carolina Thread Trail and Crowder's Mountain.

As a transplant from Connecticut, I'm particularly attuned to the needs of people relocating to Greater Charlotte. And, if you are a seller, I'll make sure your listing targets those relocation buyers, just as well as it reaches people making a local move.

My wife, Barbara, and I make our home in Belmont, and live just one mile from our two incredible grandchildren and their parents. Family is what prompted our decision to move here, but the lifestyle is what makes us thankful we did.
